The Golden Age – Shift To Worldwide Consciousness

I am a big fan of change. I think change is the most important thing to be able to grow. And so humanity stands in front of its propably biggest change in human history. Some say it already happended, some say we are in the middle of the process. But here are the good news of Astrology: In the following weeks and months, we continue to fully shift to a new spiritual millenial.

Shift to a New Global Reality

What does that mean? So for the last 2000 years, humanity was living in the Age of Pisces. Pisces stands for hierarchical, believe driven, “be or not to be” mindset. The next Period now is the Aquarius Age. This sign means horizontal, information driven, “be to be” mindset.

Astrology meets Kosmology

How can this be explained? Astronomers will tell you that Earth rotates on an axis and that this line going through the center of the earth has a slight wobble to it. It goes through a little circular wobble about once every 24,000 years. This cycle has been broken into 12 parts associated with the 12 astrological signs, based on which constellation the axis is wobbling towards. From around 2000 B.C. to 0 A.D. we were in the Age of Aries. And from 0 A.D. to the present we have been in the Age of Pisces.

The Age of Consciousness

Now the switch to the Aquarian Age. This will have a huge effect on the way we feel, think and live our lifes. Now it’s more possible than ever to stand up and spread knowledge, information and truth. This will change the whole system and will have an immense impact on society as we know it. People are going to wake up and live. People are shifting to full Consciousness.

What can You do to help making this Transition?

1. Have a daily spiritual practice. Every spiritual tradition has one thing in common: a daily practice. This can be many different things: Yoga, meditation, chanting, prayer, contemplation, exercise, journaling, etc. It is not important what you are doing, but that you do something almost every day, and do it with an intention to let go of your blocks and focus your consciousness. Kundalini yoga and meditation are the most powerful tools that I have found, but it’s on to You to find your own pathway and collect the “Tools” for your own toolbox.

2. Don’t give in to fear, despair, or anger. There is so much happening that can trigger these emotions: the media, the environment, politics, terrorism, etc. If You understand that these emotions are all symptoms of the Aquarian shift, then you can go through them without losing your center. Always remember: Everything happens for a good reason. You can learn and grow out of every situation.

3. Don’t be a victim. You (and just You) have the power to change your life. Don’t give that power away to anyone through blame or resentment. You are responsible for your happiness and grace. Don’t buy into any view of reality in which you are not 100% responsible for making your life work. The Aquarian Age is all about Empowerment and Consciousness.

4. Be a source of light. The more people who consciously choose to embrace the Aquarian shift, the easier this transformation will go for humanity. It is a spiritual truth that a small percentage of people who have shifted their consciousness can influence the rest of humanity. If You are reading this, then You are most likely one of these pioneers. Find a way to spread your light: teach, heal, create community networks, serve, sacrifice. Love and Be There. Welcome to the Aquarian Age!

Love. And Be There.

These days something magical happened in my life. I fell in love again.

Plans, Goals and dreaming about the Future

I have so many plans with my life. I want to be an expert in Computer Science. I want to reach my goals that I set up at the beginning of the year. I created a future in my head that it was worth living for. But now my world shaked. Like Freddy Mercury would say: “Nothing really matters.”

The Present Moment

The first thing I want to emphasize: I learned something new about life. Life is about living. What does that mean? It means that there is nothing but the Present Moment. The Present Moment is the only thing that is real. All other things like thoughts in your mind about the present and the future are just an illusion. But these thoughts are manifested in all of our heads. We all think many times a day about whatever comes to our minds. But being totally present is feeling the outside world – interacting with it.

The Power Of Now

I would lie if I told you that I came to this conclusion by myself. As most of the times, I gained these insights from reading. I have always been interested in Enlightment. I always wanted to know what it is about, what it means to be enlighted. Some people say it is the absence of pain, some say it’s finding Inner Peace. Eckhart Tolle (In his magical book “The Power Of Now”) describes it as being totally present. Being present, Being as a feeling of oneness. Combining the Inner Self and the Outer World to one total Being.

How can you become Present?

There are many ways to do this. First you could just sit and look around. Notice the sounds that surround you. Then notice the silence between the sounds. Don’t think about it – feel it. Let your body relax and feel the air around you, smell the scents, feel your body. What does your body say to you?

Portals to Enlightment

There are so many ways to feel the present moment. These ways can be described as portals to enlightment. Music is a powerful way to become present. Just play your favorite song (best with headphones) and feel the vibrations in your ear. Let the music play your ear drum. Maybe you notice that you’ve never felt music like this before.

But where is the love? Is being present everything you need to be fulfilled?

“All You Need Is Love” you hear the Beatles say, and they’re absolutely right. Nobody wants to live in a cold, empty, loveless place. Love is the answer and love can heal the world. And there are many ways of loving.

The Art of Loving

Again, this awareness not just blew up in my head, it came by reading. Erich Fromm, a german psychoanalyst and social philosopher, wrote a meaningful book about what it means to love: “The Art Of Loving”.

In this book he said: “Because modern humans are alienated from each other and from nature, we seek refuge from our lonesomeness in romantic love and marriage.” However, Fromm observes that real love “is not a sentiment which can be easily indulged in by anyone.” It is only through developing one’s total personality to the capacity of loving one’s neighbor with “true humility, courage, faith and discipline” that one attains the capacity to experience real love. This should be considered a rare achievement.

Fromm argues that the active character of true love involves four basic elements: care, responsibility, respect, and knowledge. Each of these is difficult to define and can differ markedly depending on the people involved and their circumstances. Moreover Love is about self-love, about love to others, about love between children and parents, about mature love. Love can only be felt, not thought. And love can be learned. Trough exercising Discipline. Through working on concentration. And through being patient. Seen in these terms, love is hard work, but it is also the most rewarding kind of work.

Pleasance – Love and Presence

These topics are very important. If You know what love really is (and maybe also important what it is not) You are able to feel joy, happiness and inner peace. I hope You once feel these feelings like I felt the last couple of days.

Two Books that will change your Life

If I could recommend You only two books, it would be these two. I am positive if you become able to love (yourself and the world around you) and become able to be present, you will inspire people around you and they will feel that you changed (in a positive way!) Love and Presence are the key for taking the right path in life. I hope You take responsibility and open your eyes. Let change come to You. Open your Heart and free your Mind. Love and Be There. Thank you. 🌞
